About Me

My name is Juliana Gomien, and I am a second-year student at the College of William & Mary with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025. I am majoring in economics with a minor in mathematics, but I also take courses in French & Francophone studies and studio art. Along with my interest in statistics, calculus, and quantitative economics, I have a passion for journalism, community service, social media management, fine arts, and global politics. I am currently a student journalist at the College's student-led newspaper, The Flat Hat, and I am anticipated to serve as the paper's photography section editor beginning in January of 2024. Along with my participation in the Flat Hat, I am also the PR & social media coordinator for Hillel at W&M, a member of the Nu Rho chapter of the Alpha Phi Omega national service fraternity, and the president of W&M Challah for Hunger.
